Can't think of a game that would be more BORING to watch. I'll take DE 3-2 but if they can't pull this one off I think it may be time to stop the "It's Randolph and he's always dangerous and its still early" talk. I get that, but maybe the entire world had them ranked waaaaaaayyyyyyy too high after their cinderella run to state title game last March.

1-1 after 1st shots are 6-5 WBLZachHalverson wrote:For those of you who do the opposite of Sats81 does, you can watch it on TheHornWBL.comSats81 wrote:Can't think of a game that would be more BORING to watch. Far from a pretty effort (the first was fairly painful to watch), but East got progressively better and did enough. They looked out of sync for long stretches; passes not clicking, players passing up shots, etc. etc. Not great, but a win is a win. Alec Will had the WBL goal and generally had a nice night.
I'm just basking in my newfound celebrity status after getting interviewed on The Horn between periods.

You are right though. It was far from pretty. How did you like that WBL power play? Def gather puck from behind net. Skate out to circles and pass to wing. DE forward and Def pinch winger and fire puck back behind WBL net. Repeat. Repeat. Repeat. Penalty over.

Have to admit I was somewhat stunned watching that particular exercise in futility over and over. They might want to consider some shooting practice too..BodyShots wrote:Damn, I missed the opportunity to meet you....karl(east) wrote:Far from a pretty effort (the first was fairly painful to watch), but East got progressively better and did enough. Also, what's with the goalie rotation at WBL? I thought Parenteau did well last year and would be the regular.
