I think the Hounds find their groove tonight and win 4-2

Can't think of a game that would be more BORING to watch. I'll take DE 3-2 but if they can't pull this one off I think it may be time to stop the "It's Randolph and he's always dangerous and its still early" talk. I get that, but maybe the entire world had them ranked waaaaaaayyyyyyy too high after their cinderella run to state title game last March.

This game should be a coin toss unless DE finds themselves in the box - then the odds swing heavily in favor of the Hounds.

Great to have East back on the schedule but I can't see White Bear winning this game. East could take 100 penalties and still win, Bears are terrible on the power play (10.2%). Ill take the hounds 5-2

I would trade Sager for Randolf any day of the week.

That was a game they needed to win. Nothing to do with section implications, had everything to do with confidence and starting to win the games they should win.

Far from a pretty effort (the first was fairly painful to watch), but East got progressively better and did enough. They looked out of sync for long stretches; passes not clicking, players passing up shots, etc. etc. Not great, but a win is a win. Alec Will had the WBL goal and generally had a nice night.

I'm just basking in my newfound celebrity status after getting interviewed on The Horn between periods.

Damn, I missed the opportunity to meet you....

You are right though. It was far from pretty. How did you like that WBL power play? Def gather puck from behind net. Skate out to circles and pass to wing. DE forward and Def pinch winger and fire puck back behind WBL net. Repeat. Repeat. Repeat. Penalty over. ](*,)

Have to admit I was somewhat stunned watching that particular exercise in futility over and over. They might want to consider some shooting practice too..

 Yeah, that power play was...interesting...to watch. Randolph had it so totally diagnosed that I could hear him telling his players exactly what to do from the other side of the rink. Worked every time...

Also, what's with the goalie rotation at WBL? I thought Parenteau did well last year and would be the regular.
