Duluth area vs. Iron Range All-star game

Post by kniven »

I filmed the skills competition and game from Amsoil on Tuesday. I will upload both to YouTube and post links here for anybody who wants to watch.

I went to this a few years ago in Duluth and there was almost nobody there. I'd say less that 100.
Little interest and game was actually very boring. Surprised they still hold this event as it must not have made much money.
Maybe attendance at the range game was higher than the Amsoil one.

I went to the game at Amsoil in 2011. Yes, the crowd was small, but 100 is a wild exaggeration. Maybe there was 600-700 people there. Looks pretty empty, as that's 10% of the building. It usually draws OK when it travels to Grand Rapids.

2013 was the year I went and the Range won both that year. 100 may be an exaggeration but I don't think it was a wild one. No way there was even close to 600 people there that year.
