I've been out of the state for a few years and just moved back. I used to know the story on this but if someone could remind me... why did they stop playing the section 4 and 5 championship games at the Coliseum? I loved going to those games growing up thru high school. Always loved the setting
What's the name of the guy who was the voice of the Coliseum? Something ain't right this time of year, not hearing that guy tell us there's no smoking in the Coliseum before the puck drops.

Love that dude. I overheard him on the TV today at the girl's games, so at least he's still on the scene. It's not the same when it's not in that Coliseum environment though.
Aldrich Arena is a great and I have seen a lot of great hockey there for 40+ years. Come playoff time I always looked forward to the section games at Fairground Coliseum and the great atmosphere.
So many great games over the years. Its just not the same.

Dave used to bark at you to get out of the isles as well. I think the Fire Marshall went to WB with those math skills.
