Monticello is the biggest violator having one of their best players being an exchange student most years out of the last ten+. This shows 100% proof of hard driven recruiting!!! I know of 50 other high school programs that take in the same amount of exchange students and have never *blindly had a hockey stud fall in their lap..
Chisago knew/thought they were going to be weaker this year and obviously found this a way to bolster their ranks. Their exchange student netted the eventual game winner against North Branch and has been on big scoring run the last few games. Somebody in the program searched in this Information Age and knew what was coming..
Lottery odds are better than there being no recruiting here..
I've been hearing they might have to forfeit and wouldn't be surprised at all after reading the "Blind Placement" rules.
Ugly!

Both in question are on the fast track to the NHL

Not to long ago there was a several page thread started by Bo about MAML playing in 5A as well. I think the obvious statement here would be that this fan is such a die-hard that he will try or say anything to spark up the conversation that everyone should be DQ'd and Princeton handed the section..
Imagine if they would have gotten to play Hermantown rd. 1 and we could get all there fans in on the recruiting violations. That could be a record thread for fact-less claims.

Haven't posted on here for some time. I've been seeing this guy spew his garbage all year long. It's pretty sad. If u have proof of this let's hear it. If not then zip it. U don't know the "leadership" at MAML. They have been busting their tails trying to build a program LEGITIMATELY! Your like CNN pal. Throw something out out, see if it sticks.
PS- if my memory serves me correct during the tigers nice run in the early 2000's didn't they have standout player come over from C-I? Man that's just not right! Smells like Bacon.....

I hope your referring to Chisago Lakes. If no please let's see the numbers that back up your outrageous claim that MAML is a foreign exchange student hockey hotbed.MrBoDangles wrote:I'm hearing it's not.. They bring in a new kid most years that ends up as one of their top scorers.. They're not a college.. They're a public high school.

Still forgetting any sort of evidence? Maybe some names? Perhaps the team and state scoring records they must have broken to get you so fired up?MrBoDangles wrote:1 in 15 years. a flukeGoldyGopher wrote:I hope your referring to Chisago Lakes. Oh boy...Doc Holliday wrote:How many other exchange students do they have?
What's their criteria?
Are extra curricular activities are encouraged?
If they're solely wanting hockey players, why not have a few per year?
I think it's an interesting conspiracy you have here....but I don't think there's a lot more to it than that.

I wish I could open this on my phone. Will have to check tonight after I return from GAC. Going to go sniff out his theory and see if any 3A teams have foreign exchange superstars.Doc Holliday wrote:Picture of the 5A seeding meeting (MrBoDangles is the one in the white shirt)
