Certainly it is a long and boring bus ride down to Luverne. But the two teams have met each of the last three regular seasons, including SPA traveling to Luverne in 2015. Agreed, let's see how they fair over the next couple weeks. Greenway ran into a brick wall tonight. The squad in the darks just couldn’t buy a goal. 3-4, 5 on 3’s, lazy and lousy penalties on greenway also. Just not moving there feet all the time and getting caught in a hole they couldn’t get out of. Gonna have to find a way to rebound and bounce back.

This is a bit of a deceiving score for a few reasons. Shots were 52 to 14 in favor of Orono, but the Spartans had trouble breaking through until the third period. Kennedy has hung around in every one of their games so far, even against fairly strong competition like Delano and Minneapolis. Finally, Orono was just coming off of a victory on Tuesday against their biggest section arrival in Breck, so there may have been a bit of a letdown factor.HShockeywatcher wrote: 5 Orono
