I am not following close enough to know for sure, but it would be a short-lived one like a 4-5 year run. It wasn't decades.

Can you just put the 12 questions in one thread and then people can "quote" with an answer for one and delete the other 11 they aren't answering? I hate internet clutter on e-mail or message boards. Only the relevant info, please.

I as just going to do one and let others add, but I got carried away.

This seems like it should be Int'l Falls and Roseau from '57-'66, except that in '60 Duluth East won it and St. Paul Washington took 2nd.

The world renowned and internationally famous Burnsville Braves had 2 runner ups in '83 and '87 to go with the back to back titles and the 3rd place in '91

I could tell you by which towns you need to drive thru, way to many roads to jog on and over to keep track of

Have been very lucky to use the public well up there many times for drinking and sauna water and spent some hard earned money inside the Williams Muni

No love for a team that made it to state 15 times during a 19 year period? Picking up 2 championships, 5 second place, 2 third place, and 2 conso trophies? That’s hardware 11/15 trips to state; not too shabby considering one of the “dynasty” questions was a team that hadn’t finished higher than 3rd.

2. This program appeared in 12 of 14 state tourneys with 4 firsts, a second, and a consolation trophy.
3. This program appeared in five state tourneys in a row winning twice and winning the consolation twice.
4. Over an 11 year span this program appeared 6 times at state with a 2nd place finish and a consolation trophy.
5. Over a 16 year period they appeared 11 times with one championship 1 2nd 1 3rd and 1 consolation trophy.
6. This program appeared in six of seven tourneys with a third place trophy and 2 consolations.

Thanks for sharing this. Was a lot of fun to try and figure out. I forgot about Fergus Falls making the annual trip in the early 2000s. And then later Little Falls making annual runs.

It would be hard for an 18 year old to understand that at 1 point Holy Angels was the most despised team in the state. We all feared they were going to win every year for the rest of time. Ha

In case anyone cares, #13 is Hill-Murray - it was their streak from the time they were allowed to play with he public schools in 1975 thru 1993.
