The Wack Pack was in the house tonight at SLP for Benilde's 4-3 win over the Hornets. Lest anyone think Edina hockey is tailing off, it was a resident with the game winnah.
Be kind. Rewind.

BSm wins a close one 4-3 over hornets . Fast paced game with decent quality organized play for so early in season ,since both teams had a couple games under their belt. Sogs about even in mid 30s

Bisson got winner for the Rknights , ironic that hornets could’ve really used him at Edina this year .

Freshman Jimmy Clark got another one for Hornets , I think that’s about 5 points in 3 games against tough competition for a kid that just turned 15 a couple months ago - incredible . Dont think even Sammy Walker had that fast of a start in freshman year . Janicke might have ,last year?

Game could’ve gone either way , and one Bsm goal squirted by Hogg after whistle seemed to have blown

Was a very good game with several momentum shifts. Hornet PP was refined already and will be a major factor for them this year because they didn't seem to have much scoring depth. The second goal squeaked through five-hole without stopping into the back of the net--a very weak goal, which is too bad for Hoag since he made several (like, 6) game saving stops.
BSM avenges two tough losses last year and looks like they're ready to move ahead.
Noteworthy they are missing three of their top players (Bischel, Yakesh and Limesand in net). Red Knight Olson tended for a very, very good showing the depth BSM has in net.
Section 6AA will be, as promised, very competitive.
