D3 Hockey Questions

Post by EREmpireStrikesBack »

Just wondering what level of players usually play D3. Junior B type? USHL average player type? I don't know much about D3 hockey at all. Also, is there any difference in the level of play in MN compared to out East? What schools play D3? As you can see, any info is appreciated. Well Er, I'm a little disappointed in you and your question. You seem to be a very savy computer guy. Here is a link for you to check out www.uscho.com/d2d3/. This should get you going down the right path.

Its very diverse. You have your Moorheads and your Monticellos. I saw Concordia Moorhead play against Northland College. Concordia as 4-20 something last year and they worked up on Northland 6-1 and 9-1. Then you have st. Johns and St. Norbert that could and may double digit concordia.
2A

There are a lot of Junior B guys in there, quite a few NAHL players as well. Many right out of high school. A few, not many, ushl players are on most teams.
2A
