If I was a Hawks fan.. I would want them in AA.. but as a Hawks fan, I know the history of our program and we are a class A program to the T. Should we move? I vote yes, but my co herts dont agree... we are still good hockey

I am in a program in western MN who hasn't had a lot of success.. we play class A hockey. I dont think we should, but it is what it is. Class A 2020 and for the last ten years is great hockey... do I think Hermantown, one of the best programs in the league should switch because they are too bbn good??? They leave, now my team plays in a second rate league.. its integrity is gone. We forced out the top team. .. come on guys. This is dumb.

They could play in a more difficult league... really?? You do not understand Minnesota hockey if you believe Class AA is that much more difficult

Other than Hermantown, why did the Hunters fail to achieve an appearance at the X this year?

What is your defense for the transfers? What is drawing the kids to your Hermantown? Give me a list of hermantown roster this year without the transfers.

It has occurred to me that you Mr. Hunter accuse others of avoiding your answers.. I have answered them. You seem to ignore mine though. Hmm....

Can’t! That is the exact reason they shouldn’t be in Class A hockey. This is the problem Herman(Ely,Virginia,Denfeld, Proctor, Hayward)town. The transfer thing is the problem. What is your defense to staying in class A with nine transfers(recruits) on one team.

I would suggest you swim towards the light!
Maybe the blazing light will finally help you see the light my friend!
Budy, I have already stated my stance. You refuse to read it even. Probably mad that Denfeld's one team in ten years got beat by them. Better tournament, integrity, interest, competition, no broken rules, big bad guy, I can go on. You should have another beer or talk to a psychiatrist

Your defense is for the transfers ..............
Didnt Denfeld cease to exist when most of these transfers took place? Pretty sure if I was in Duluth at that point in time, I would be looking for a better school and hockey team for my boy.. just saying bro... Hunters didnt exist.. little defense has to learn and skate somewhere.. Hermantown is right there.. makes a little sense

I will just put that here

My son graduated this year.. if I was in Duluth ten or 5 years ago... I would probably choose Hermantown.. just saying. Newer houses, newer school, better hockey if my boys were in it, better b ball too. Baseball, soccer, bowling I'm guessing too. And the ex wife would be closer to the mall!!!

So because of the influx of players and income from these families they build fetter arenas, fields, school. Advantage Herman(Proctor,Denfeld,Virginia,Ely)town. Correct.

Also waiting for varsity roster list minus transfers.

Wait all you want bud, I dont know and I dont care. That is the point. Don't matter if they are ALL transfers, isn't that SCC? Or Breck? Or St Thomas? I don't care, I just want to beat them. With a community based program, guys who grew up together,

So you concede that Hermantown(Proctor,Ely,Virginia,Denfeld)town is a program that gets better arenas, fields, school from people moving into the area and increasing the wealth of the community? Thus one advantage?

tge Other reason people transfer for Hermantown hockey you left off list is free trip to Xcel every year and a trip to c-chip game 9 out of 11 years. Correct?

My point is, it doesn't matter bud. Not sure why you get stuck on that. Next year your team might knock em off, or next year your kid is on that team.... it is entertaining, something different than just school, school, school..

I'm thinking those games were ok. But if you look at a different angle: Denfeld is a AA school!!! From a big town, etc..

So are we pointing out an unfair advantage or trying to excuse a lackluster result???
Another question that will not be answered? I guess not.
What is International Falls ' excuse this year? I'm sure there will be no answer

Unfair advantage! No question about it. The Ely,Virginia, Denfeld, Proctor would have been very different teams if those kids didn’t transfer. More kids would have stayed for high school hockey in Jr and Sr year. Then things would be very different.

No way anyone knocks them off in next ten year ax look at loaded bantams A and AA teams. Six of eight top scorers back. Add in two transfers or so and bam door closed for everyone.

Ely will NEVER beat Denfeld, NOT FAIR, Denfeld to AA or class A hockey is DONE!!!

Grand Marais too, they should not have to compete with Duluth in hockey!! Virginia?? Maybe, I think they have pride.. but Ashland??? Jesus a Wisconsin school?? They can't compete with Minnesota!! Damn. The Hounds didn't fare well this year.. enrollment notwithstanding they should go to A .. to re group. And what of St. Cloud? Brainerd? They should be A based on no success at AA. Alex should go AA because their youth program is strong, FF sho ui lo quit HS hockey altogether... Moorhead??, idk. Breck should play AAA usa hockey along with Blake, cd_h. H-M. Etc. AND. Duluth Denfeld Hunters should be the MSHSL 2020 champs!!! Because of the above, no one has the disadvantages of them.. so.. champs. 2020 MSHSL Denfeld Hunters!!!
