Generally all Mahtomedi games are available on the Suburban Community Channels YouTube feed, but I think the stream above is taking precedence.

Stang - There's actually not going to be a lot of games on the Suburban Community Channels feed. SCC broadcasts all of the "main sports" for Mahtomedi, Tartan, and White Bear Lake. So that means girls and boys basketball, girls and boys hockey for all three of those schools. I was only able to catch the third period. How did the rest of the game go? My impression was that Mahtomedi was able to keep up in terms of speed, but BSM was much larger and more physical. Two competitive games for the zephyrs, but they weren’t quite up to the level of competition.

I was only able to watch the last half of the game. They did have some technical issues in the middle period which probably lasted 5-7 minutes or so. Overall from what I saw Benilde controlled most of the play. They had a definite size advantage which allowed them to win the majority of the puck battles along the boards. But the Zephers did at times display a lot of skill too, and made things exciting at the very end after pulling their goalie, and came close to scoring the tying goal.

It was good exciting game
Bsm not yet firing on all cylinder , but lower top 10 about right. Marshall , Yakesh , Sarsland of note , as expected
Zephs 3rd period huge hustle, great comeback from 3-0 deficit .Lost 2 close ones to top AA teams , Deserves top 5 ranking in A class . Metz and Johnson noteworthy
Too 5 goalies Limesand and Dardis both great
