Hill came out flying, controlled most of the 1st period but found themselves down 1-0 on a real softy goal Erickson I'm sure wishes he had back. WBL played much better in the 2nd and 3rd periods, mostly matching (and at times outplaying) Hill. WBL had the better chances in this game, or at least better odd-man rushes. WBL had some great opportunities later in the 3rd where Erickson came up with some big saves. Hill was lackluster on the power play tonight. WBL had a 3-on-1 opportunity down a man, and had at least one other odd-man rush during a Hill power play. Godbout with both goals for Hill.

WBL does a good job killing penalties. In the two games I’ve seen they have had plenty of practice. They have a pretty good team but need a bit more discipline.
