The first tiebreaker is Head to Head Competition
Ranking based on either Conference/Sub-District (C/D) winning percentage OR C/D point total based on the by-laws of the C/D * teams must be in the same C/D
Overall winning percentage
Section winning percentage (if at least 25% of the teams competitions are against section opponents - if not met, #4 is skipped)
Football - 2
Lacrosse - 3
Soccer - 4
Baseball/Softball - 5
Basketball/Hockey/Volleyball - 6
QRF points
Coin Flip

The first four are set...
Blaine will not move enough in either direction with their last wo games.
(Assuming Tuesday night games do not have a drastic effect which they should not)
So...
Andover
Grand Rapids
Blaine
Forest Lake
will be one through four..

Now it gets a bit more complicated.

But Anoka is within the tie breaker of both Cloquet and Coon Rapids.
Anoka beat Coon Rapids and has a better win percentage than cloquet so they move up.

Duluth East is within the tie breaker of Coon Rapids down.
They beat Cloquet.
But have a lesser win % than the others.
So they move ahead of Cloquet.

At this point we have
the top 4
Anoka
Coon Rapids
Duluth East
Cloquet....

Duluth Marshal is within the tie breaker of some in front of them but did not beat any of them and their win % is not good enough to move them up.

So we have the top
Andover
Grand Rapids
Blaine
Forest Lake
Anoka
Coon Rapids
Duluth East
Cloquet
Duluth Marshall
Northern Edge

Of course, I could have it all wrong....

But if its right, it looks like QRF has got it about right.

QRF has got it about right except that Rapids beat Andover. The 'wonder' of computer rankings has taken away a great, coaches verbal battle that might have ensued were QRF not the standard. Oh to be a fly on the wall if that were given a chance to happen!

I think the coaches did it to themselves.
