Many top "seniors to be" will be thinking things over , the names below were kids that YHH podcast thought might be leaning to USHL if they could make the roster :

Ben Miller was just named a captain (with Jude Bonin and Andrew Lane) for HM's hockey team next year, so I'm guess that means the intention is he'll be back. Which is good for my squad.

Chaska announced Wishart, Bruender, Scheetz, Rinzell as captains a yr ago and none of them came back. Scheetz only one to stay and play mnshl.

How much does NHL Central Scouting rankings play a role in a kid deciding whether to stay or go? Teddy's stock dropped from the midterm to final report, so would he be more apt to stay at EP'?

I'd think it would also have to do with whether Zam is at UMD. The family still has the house in Hermantown. If Zam's at UMD, Mom could live in the Hermantown house and bring Victor back with her, opening the door for his return to the Hawks....(that's a rumored scenario).

Don’t know for sure, just heard through the grape vine at HP the last few weekends.

I don't think they'd be leaving if they were in love with the coaching staff. For all the individual talent they had this year, they couldn't seem to get the right combination of players together. They should consider recruiting some more role players, when you've got 9 forwards who think they're Connor McDavid and only have 3 forwards who are willing to do the dirty work it tends not to work out very well. Not enough shots to go around.

Stewart will not be returning to BSM

Their second line of underclassmen put up some decent numbers this year but holy moly are they a terrible defensively. That's 3 underclassmen F gone on top of 3 senior F gone. Lots of openings for JV kids to step up, luckily their JV was really good this year. Their goalie will need to step-up this season as well, he looked average last season without 5 D1 defenseman in front of him like he had his Soph year.
