We gotta make Kaposia picks. <a href="http://www.mghca.com/images/kaposia.jpg ...  That website has the bracket. One point for each winner selected correctly. Game 1 - NSP vs AHA Game 2 - Eden Prairie vs Roseville Game 3 - Hibbing vs Anoka Game 4 - Blaine vs SSP Game 5 - Consolation semi, losers of #1 & #2 Game 6 - Consolation semi, losers of #3 & #4 Game 7 - Semifinal, winners of #1 & #2 Game 8 - Semifinal, winners of #3 & #4 Game 9 - 7th place, losers of #5 & #6 Game 10 - 5th place, winners of #5 & #6 Game 11 - 3rd place, losers of #7 & #8 Game 12 - Championship, winners of #7 & #8 Entries must be posted before noon on 12/29 and NOT edited later. First prize will be bragging rights.

I would have posted this much sooner but official confirmation of the Anoka - Hibbing game was hard to find. Wasn't in the Strib this morning, but I suppose a trivial little girl's tournament is unimportant to the Strib. Clearly we had very little talent in our contest. Four games played and no one picked more than 2 correctly. As I only got 1 correct I may resort to coin flipping in future contests. Consolation scores Hibbing 2 SSP 1, NSP 2 Roseville 0. Note: a spectator at the evening game told me. Game I did see: EP 6 HA 0. EP dominated every aspect of the game. Looked very impressive.

Kaposia Saturday Roseville 3-2 over SSP, tough tournament for the Packers. NSP 3 Hibbing 2 OT - Thunstrom with the hat trick. AHA 3 Blaine 2 OT - Becca Reardon scores OT goal. EP up 4-1 over Anoka after 2 - Pezon has 3 short handed goals, so far.
