Elk River can hold its position with 2 section wins but doubtful if they move ahead of Moorhead (maybe if Moorhead loses to Brainerd.
Sartell would move up with wins against Brainerd and Buffalo - ditto for Bemidji with wis against ER and Brainerd
Brainerd could make a big jump with wins against its 3 section opponents.

I will be shocked if Roseau gets the #1 seed. I think those two early section losses will doom them. If you base it on the 2nd half of the season and a little QRF ranking, then I think you will be correct. This will be a competitive section playoff starting with quarter final night. I do not see a Roseau vs. Moorhead final. I just hope it is Moorhead who gets upset.

Based on what I know from coaches it appears they will get the nod.
They don't always tell me or change their minds or lie but as of Sunday it looked like the voting was tilted towards Roseau.


Moorhead has
Fargo Davies - loss here would tumble them - a win means nothing
Warroad - a win could give them #1 seed a loss keeps them at 2
Brainerd - a loss could move them to 3
Hill -a win helps a bit but not sure if it registers as it may be after coaches vote

Roseau has
Duluth East
a win gives them 1
Cloquet - not much meaning - lose could cost them
East Grand forks - voting is on Wednesday or Thursday morning?? may be meaning less to seeding. A win (if figured in) would give them 1

So yeas still up in the air but by all rights it belongs to Roseau right now. (more cred put on later games than early games.
