Question about section tournaments (because I don't follow close enough to know):

When there are more than 8 teams in a section, how does the seeding work for the 9th and 10th teams? What is the play-in procedure?

If 9 teams
8 plays 9 in Play In game and winner plays #1 Quarterfinals

If 10 teams
8 plays 9 in Play In game and winner plays #1 Quarterfinals
7 plays 10 in Play In game and winner plays #2 Quarterfinals
