Is there a MSHSL site link for the tournament records for attendance?
I remember seeing that there was record attendance of over 140,000 last year but I cannot find anything about attendance on the MSHSL records page.

Vintage MN Hockey has year-by-year attendance. Not sure if there is one place that lists the record. Only way I know to pull is to go through the exercise of going through the years and putting it into a spreadsheet. Guessing you only need to go back to the start of the tourney at Xcel Energy Center with the larger seating capacity.
One fly in the ointment is MSHSL season tickets. Attendance may still be counted even if someone doesn't show up in the seat, so numbers may be a little inflated.
For 2024, an attendance number of 116,174 was stated by Vintage MN Hockey: https://history.vintagemnhockey.com/pag ... t-mariucci

I think the 140,000 number referred to AA and A combined.

Re: State Tourney Attendance Record
I saw the Vintage MN number but I think their numbers have always included both classes.
The 1992 Tourney attendance they list jumped by about 20k over the 1991 one class tournament.
There is a Hockey News article with the 140k number for 2024.
Was last year the first time they resold emptying seats at the X after the first game of a session?
I think they sold 22,500 tickets last year for the Friday night AA Semifinal session.
