TV feed sticking
Has been up here in the Duluth area since yesterday, watching on WDIO. I complained on their Facebook page and someone claims this is KSTC's fault.
Okay, fine.
Is anybody in other areas experiencing this? If so, then it's a KSTC issue. If not, WDIO is dropping the ball.

Re: TV feed sticking
Been watching the 45TV stream. It was bad yesterday with the video freezing every 30 seconds or so for a 10 second period, but it's been reliable today.
Also noticed at the start of Wednesday's games that the color was off too. The ice had a yellow tint to it and player shadows on the ice were purple-ish. That was fixed during the second or third game.

Re: TV feed sticking
We had the same sticking, worse yesterday. Then today we lost the last twenty minutes of the Stillwater-Andover game. At least it wasn't a close game but yeah, they need to get their crap together.ryguyMN wrote: ↑Thu Mar 06, 2025 1:06 pm Been watching the 45TV stream. Been both days here north of Rapids! Today when WDIO went down had to download the app to watch. The Ponies sure looked good, nice passing and crisp play!

I do have to restart it occasionally. Once you figure it out it’s pretty quick. Aggravating when it happens though.
Re: TV feed sticking
Hmmm, no problems here with it on TV or on my phone.

Re: TV feed sticking
Was choppy during the MHead/South game and eventually totally cut out for me before coming back in right before intros for the Edina/Rogers game. Like it was completely down on all devices (45tv online stream), which was frustrating for sure...
Re: TV feed sticking
I watched the class A for all four games on Wednesday and did not get one glitch or delay on the stream, Yesterday was at the X.
My suggestion, reboot your router, hard wire if able.

We're watching on cable TV. Router isn't involved here.

Re: TV feed sticking
The "technical difficulties" just popped up on the WDIO feed. Again. We missed the last twenty minutes of a game yesterday (Luckily the end of the 5-0 Stillwater win) but still, this is unacceptable. I've been watching the tournament since 1970 and recording it since 1986 and it's never been this bad.

It's back. For now. At least it went out during the intermission.

The good thing about the feed going out is being spared from those weird McLaughlin Marine commercials
Re: TV feed sticking
That was the strangest commercial out of the bunch for sure.
