Just curious if anyone is still visiting this specific board anymore? Is there a different board that I'm not aware of that talks about Minnesota Girls High School Hockey? Everyone just waiting until the season starts?

Seems like it sadly.

Any news on transfers or interesting moves out there?

The big one I heard about was Brooklyn Mauch from Marshall is transferring to Holy Family. Another senior transfer for Holy Family as I believe they had Kimbrel transfer in last year as a senior.

That's right. Koeppl continuing his recruiting year after year to keep up with Tonka and the other privates. I also heard Taylee Manion has made the move down south to, gulp, HM. Guess she didn't want to deal with the aftermath of Stauber leaving.

Eden Prairie is going to look interesting at least for a year. Primarily due to what it sounds like an onslaught of Breakaway girls who are looking to cash in on a one year deal only to likely bail out and leave for greener (pun intended) or bluer pastures the year after.

It sure seems to be only a few contributors still on here. Haven't seen any other boards pop up. It's sad but it seems in the post transfer area the game is slowly dying and a lot of communities are struggling with numbers and interest in the sport seems to be low outside a handful of the larger hockey communities. It is truly sad to see.

I'm still lurking too, but not much discussion going on. Looking forward to the season, although we have the whole fall season to get through first.

Looks like HeadsUp was right...
