Re: joe finley
I would think that Joe may be a project this year. His contributions may not be consistent initially, but he does have a good understanding of the game and works hard. I would think by his Sophomore year he should be seeing plenty of ice at UND.

Re: joe finley
i personally think he's a good prospect and a good player...however, one of my friends said playing against him is like playing against a goon cone.
2A

Re: joe finley
watching him take his slapshots from the point is worth the price of admission. this kid will prevail and eventually play in the nhl.

Finley
Joe has the size but he is very slow on his skates, in the duluth series and wisconsin series he seemed to be overwhelmed at times.

UND
Looks like he plays every game. It would be nice to have that big of a guy on your team. The other team has to think at least once during the game about how huge he is. UND other freshmen Oshie and Lee are also helping the Soiux.

Re: Finley
lloyd, i agree. couple that with the nhl doing away with the "big guy" then joe may become extinct...relegated to playing in the smash mouth canadian leagues for beer money.
