DC was really bad for a while, then it got better. I wonder if all that with the Sniper skewed DC's stats somewhat? I've been to DC 6-8 time in the last 5 years and I didn't think it was too bad. Of course there were spots I wasn't too comfortable being with my pregnant wife (near RFK), but all in all I thought DC was pretty good.
Newark is a dump, I'm surprised it's that low. Same with Philadelphia, it's a dump too but it's not even on the list. Philly must keep all it's riff raff in Camden.

25 most dangerous cities

Post by vandalhockey »

What are the criteria for the dangerous cities? I know it's not all on gun related issues or per capita. We had to take a 1cr. class in law school on gun violence, and the list they gave us was all based per capita and I only knew like four cities on the whole thing. I wish I still had the material for that class, because I am almost positive there was a little town on one of our reservations that was in the top 15.
