Edina (white) i think for bantam b1 beat jefferson 4-2 and an empty net so 5-2. Jeffersons goalies were both at most 5 feet tall, suprsing. <p></p><i></i>

Jefferson had 27 shots...Burnsville had 21. It was a good game with Burnsville putting pressure on at the end and getting a couple of good shots...but good goaltending stopped them.<br><br>Edina beat up Eden Prairie 7-1. Jefferson vs. Eden Prairie tomorrow night to determine who has to do the play in game. <p></p><i></i>

Eden Prairie beat Jefferson 3-1. A lot of penalties 18 or 19 which helped EP (Jefferson had twice as many)...some questionable calls and the Jefferson coach got kicked out for swearing at refs (it was 2-1 in the 3rd when they kicked him and EP scored on the bench penalty to go up 3-1).<br><br>Jefferson does play in game against D2 3rd place and EP plays Edina tomorrow night. <p></p><i></i>

I felt like in this game we weren't given the chance to win by the refs. I looked at the stat sheet the penalties were i believe 13 on jefferson and 6 on ep. 3 of ep's 6 were coincidental and the other were while they were on the powerplay so then it was four on four. It was 2-1 with about 8 minutes left Jefferson just scored and had tons of momentum then the Jefferson coach got kciked out when one of his players got checked from behind and there was no call. EP scored on this powerplay This player might have a concussion now. Luckily were done with D6 thats the only positive. I could write a novel on this game but I'm not going to I wish EP and Edina the best of luck in regions and hopefully we will win the play in game. <p></p><i></i>

If you were watching the kid on jefferson fell and the ep kid ran into him. EP dominated the first and second. third had some questionable calls, but what can you do, its d6. clearly a better team? yah thats why in the regular season ep got shut out twice by jefferson. ep was given that game by the refs. jefferson spent a total of a little over 2 periods in the box and one preiod 5 on 3 with only one power play. district 6 refs ar a joke, they are ruining the sport of hockey. comeplete utter maddness. <p></p><i></i>

Edina outshot EP around 40-20. All that matters is the score though. The game was a lot more even then the shots sound. They play again tonight at 6 though so it should be interesting. <p></p><i></i>
