I would have to agree about the Faribault/NP PWA game that was an upset, but I do not know if it is a hjuge upset, as New Prague only lost to Faribault 5-3, and 3-2(i think) this season.

Hopkins...

Post by MNLIGHT39 »

No, Hopkins isnt done YET. Losing yesterday makes it very difficult for them to to advance now. They still have a shot at 2nd or 3rd seed. But, in order to do that they would have beat the loser of Maple Grove/Osseo, both team which they have lost to 4-1 in the past 2 weeks. If Hopkins plays anything like they did last night, they will get smoked by both of those teams. And they would have to win that game and then another and then another in order to get 2nd seed. Very possible, but they will need to sort things out,VERY quickly.

they have been playing with only nine players so can anyone blame them for not playing to their full potential?
