What is the question? This years BA team has talent but are mostly first year players. If you are asking about the high school team they are deep but graduate most of their stars this year. He will be coming to a good program that has many good players.

Rumor has it that they have 9 or 10 first year Bantam A's this year. I agree with jackpine.

Your first years suck anyway, so they will do nothing in high school
