I don't know anything about them, but if they truely have an unstoppable 1st line and a great goalie then I am guessing the are not to bad.

When I saw there 1st line, they looked Very very average. They just are extremely big.

Champlin Park

Post by Daddypants66 »

Champlin is nothing to get hyped up about. Not anyone that is THAT good on the team, and I didnt know they had a first line. My guess is it was a fluke. Brooklyn Park beat Hopkins, sometimes teams just dont come to play.

The CP win over Centennial was no fluke. During the year, Cent. beat them 3-1 then 2-1. Both games were very close. Go ask the Centennial parents which team they did not want to face in districts. Sure I'm a CP fan, but this is a team that is big, fast and has played very well the second half of the season. Two good goaltenders and strong defense. Just peaking at the right time.

This is somewhat of a surprising result to me, Champlin does have a large and fast first line and a pretty good goalie, but I never would've thought that they would be able to beat Centennial and especially in the playoffs.

well they just managed to beat blaine 4-3 in 4 OT's also so have a chance to win a few more games if they play at the top of their game

Edited by: <A HREF=http://p100.ezboard.com/bmnhs.showUserP ... >gw2006 at: 3/3/06 10:28 pm
