wolvehockey just because you shut down fink when you played them does not mean they are terrible. I will bet they make it farther than your team. You will go 2 and out playing Centennial and then Orono or Jefferson.

ya ok thats why we beat orono 5-1 and who cares that bad goalie was in for the first 3 goals it was still 3-1 going in to the 3rd and when we played jefferson we lost 4-2 even when are bad goalie played the first half and he let in 3

so i am pritty sure we have just as a good chance as hopkins

Not tryin to start a big ordeal, but ur cockyness is gettin really annoying. You have posted like 40 times now, and every single one was on how good Eagan is gunna do at regions and how your team is better than everyone elses. Sure you have beaten some good teams this year, but everyone does/has. I think you are underestimating the talent level of these teams you are dissing so much. As much as you think you will do so good at regions, when you play Centennial in the first round........ ur cockyness is gunna come back and bite you in the ass.

good call hockeyislife. I think the same thing. Centennial is hungry for some wins and its playoff time and they always mean business this time of the year. By the way wolve, since we all know you play for eagan already, what position do you play?

Very good point hockey9921. Especially this time of the year, Fink will be at the top of his game. I cant think of to many players that will shut him down for an entire 3 periods of hockey at this time of the year.

Hopkins deffinetly does have a chance at state because A.) they have fink and B.) theyre in the easier region. Wolvehockey- You played Orono when they were slumping, don't be proud of a lucky victory. I'd love to watch them play you this time of year. And you say your back up goalie let in 3 against Jefferson however you do not say that your teams 2 goals were also scored on Jefferson's back up goalie. Funny eh?

ok little pup. we beat you in Duluth. end of story. Think how bad it would of been if Fink did put up points. Just a guess but, you take the past 3 seasons and add up all the points you have, then take Finks from this season and i bet he still has you by 20 or 30, so dont even try to say the only reason he scores is because he is on the ice a bunch. Yes he is on the ice quite a bit, he is a machine because he works hard in practice and is in shape. If ha needs a rest he lets us know, if not we know he is good to go. Good luck in reigons.

Nah, I don't do predictions in tournaments I am involved in. I'd say Centennial is the favorite but I'd like to see Eagan pull an upset. Best of luck to both teams!

--When the going gets tough, the tough gets going--

Hopkins

Post by Daddypants66 »

Hopkins has a great chance of going, they are in a region and a side of the bracket where the toughest team they will have to face is Blaine until the ship. I think they match up pretty well against Blaine. Eden Prarie will be a good game but I would almost bet that Hopkins makes it to state.

Wolves-just stop......Eagan=2 games left in season

It will be no cake walk for us with Blaine who knocked off the cake eaters and E.P. who we have had two of the best games all year against. If all the boys come to play I have no doubt we can do it. The next few weeks are really begining to mess with my sleep patterns.
