question - LPH ?
What is the deal ranking in Let's Play Hockey????? Where is the editor from? Top 8 teams in the state tourney, and they haven't re-ranked???????

Re: question - LPH ?
I dont know if you know this but rankings don't mean a thing. just because princeton isnt in there dont get all upset. They should be in there soon just have some patience. Let the players earn their spot in lets play hockey.

I think Doug Johnson should rank teams by what they do not by how much they send articles into LPH. Most teams I know don't even think about sending things in because they are always overshadowed by money areas.

LPH is a business which makes money through advertising. "Fairness" is not the agenda. This seems to show up every year in the rankings, biasing high readership areas towards the top.

Also there might be some bias against Princeton B bantam for not having an A team. Not entirely fair, but also not entirely unfair. Those 3 A kids they have can dominate a game against B level players.

if your in the state tourney, it doesnt mean you should be ranked. the best teams dont always make to regions or state.

Perfectly said tender33, couple examples at the High School level: Holy Angles, Bloomington. As for your beloved Princeton, hckymom03, just because you beat a couple teams doesn't mean your number one in state, both games could have been a fluke.
