Congrats to Centennial

First of all, why are you comparing this years varsity team with the future? People on the varsity team this year even said they were terrible. They were actually kindof lucky to get a #4 seed. Also, for Gaarder, Everson and Budish, as of now NONE of them go to private schools or are planning on it. I love how people say they know for sure when they really dont. Also, don't tell me I don't know becuase I am Budish and am friends with the other 2 and have talked plenty about it with both of them and neither of them are leaving as of now.

haha that's funny cause it seeems like from what I know of budish that he'll probly be the first to admit he isn't god, and i'm pretty sure thats not what he was saying. just a wild guess though?

I just think its hilarious how people say all of Edina's "first line" is leaving. Why in the world would you know where I'm going to high school better then I know myself? I also gurantee I know Gaarder, Everson, Regan and Baker 100 times better than you do. tell me where i said i was god.

Thats kindof a stupid thing to ask GINO. My god, they only lost like 4 or 5 games the whole season. If you ask me, that is pretty good. Sure, they lost to Centennial. But what is so bad about that that he should be ashamed of himself or his team? It isnt like Centennial is a team that hasnt earned there way through the season. No one should be pissed if they lose to them. Not many teams can say that they went a season and lost under 5 games and won more than 50. Thats a pretty big accomplishment if you ask me. And what makes you think you should even question a team like Edina who pretty much dominated Bantam 'A' this year?

and again no disrespect to Edina but isnt this thread about congratulating Centennial? Edina had an unbelievable team. So start a thread that says Edina is mad because they didnt win the state title. But dont talk about it on this thread.

Edina is just one of those communities people love to hate. The people from Edina I have met are really cool (most of them <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/images/emoticons/happy.gif ALT=":D"> ) I guess it is human nature to root for the underdog. Congrats to both teams on great seasons.

Where did we complain? Centennial won fair and square and are the state champions. 3 of our 4 games were very close the whole way so it could've gone either way but they just played better that day and deserved to win.

OK ok guys. Lets stop bashing on Edina. Sure, people like to see good teams lose like Edina. But they are a good team, hands down. As well as Centennial. Assuming everyone is done talking crap about Edina and other teams, lets try and be somewhat posotive. Congrats to all teams this year. Especially Centennial for taking the title.
