No,
I seen this year at the pee wee regional in Brooklyn Park on Friday night that a Saint Paul Johnson team played and their players didn't get out of the building until 10:25 p.m. had to drive home and than play again the next morning at 10:00 a.m. against a team that had an extra days rest because they played and lost Thursday night. Now I know somwe will say so what but just because a team losses Friday night should not be penalized and have to play a team with a whole extra days rest. The same thing happened against St.Cloud teamwith the same results, Both teams lost. Minnesota Hockey trys to make everything else fair and equal why not that? No team in the regionals should get any unfair advantage.

Weren't the team's invoved and game times based on seeding's? The better seed's always get the weaker team's and better times creating the advantage that you deem unfair.

So if what you are saying is the higher seed should get the advantage. Eagan was the runner-up of Dist. 8 and Johnson was runner-up of TC District the game was over after 10:00p.m. Johnson lost and had to play Mathomedi which was third in District 2 and they got an extra day rest over a higher seed so how do you explain this? No the teams have no sat in when they play.

it does not matter

you can complain all you want , but the whole regional thing is changing next year, going to round robin format such as the gold does it now, there will be 3 districts in each region and it will rotate on a yearly basis

look at how the state tourny came out for the peewee A level
1. EP 2. Wayzata 3. Edina , all three of those teams came out of the maroon region. I think they should mix the teams up more.

Re districting is not going to change the fact that all three are large areas or areas with money to send their players to tread mills all year and skating schools. Most associations can't afford to have these kind of activities. The rich get richer kind of things.
