This topic should be deleted. Everyone who reads this instantly becomes less intelligent. The NDSU club team would stomp the state champs. The SCSU intramural runnerups would stomp the state champs. Any USHL team would stomp the state champs.
The worst pro team would stomp an all-star team made up of all stars from the AHL and the NCAA. If you picked the worst pro guys off of every team they would still win. Kevin Porter won the Hobey in 2008 and can't crack the Coyotes line-up.
Three years ago when Roseau won the state tourney they scrimmaged against a bunch of 30 year old has been old timers every week. The old fat guys never lost.
How can anything some of you say ever be taken seriously? Don't answer that let this topic die.
mj79 wrote:Yes , i realize its an obvious question, and it makes about as much sense as an "all minnesota " team playing sleepy eye ( which imo would be worse, about 30-0 give or take ) But I have always wanted to see something like this happen.. Or maybe the gophers vs wild, would be more entertaining
I will give you this:
There was one time that a group of elite collegiate players took down quite possibly the best proffesional team in the world, a team that routed the NHL all stars. The year was 1980, place; Lake Placid, New York.
They were a group of the best college players though, not high schoolers.
I guess I would worry about the well fare of the high schoolers in a game like this......
The best players down here move away, but what is left play Jr. B or AA Midget. The Junior players regularly fill-in during our adult league and I am always unimpressed because they can't dominate like they should.
An NHL team, resting their top line, would beat the best Minnesota HS team by scoring a goal every shift. What's that? More than 30-0. The HS kids would just keep dumping the puck.

Chill dude.. Way to take it so serious. It was more for humor than anything.. .. Wow , your a former actual player... well so am I , whats your point? You have not made one that was mentioned already, which makes you less intelligent for actually posting.. Just me I guess but i would like to see Tonka vs sleepy eye, why? because I like to see what skill levels look like by drastic comparison.. Ive always been competitive, so I just like seeing talent being show in perspective of wether there playing the worst HS team in the country or the best NHL team .. Like i said it was pure entertainment... Go take a Valum

the worst NHL team would walk on a team of the best D1 players in the country.. I disagree,
Joke? If you wouldn't have made this post you might have gotten away with saying it was a joke.
This is yours and it proves my point. You made one of the dumbest threads in history and got called on it. Now you claim it's a joke.
