Mistaking a couple of mooninites placed in high traffic areas around the city of Boston for a large scale bomb threat. (When 9 other cities took almost no heed of the devices).
On a side note however, watching the media struggle with the "insane" but hillarious news conference afterwards was extremely entertaining.
