Id say East is the toughest. Ya West has EP, Edina, Jefferson, and Wayzata, but those are the only good teams. Overall East has all good teams with the exception of maybe Cloquet. Other than that, they are all solid.

i think east is tough because not only are teams good from all districts but like in d2 you have to be the best team with teams like wb, tartan, mv, and stillwater all fighting for the same spot just to move on to the next round

You have forgotten Warroad and Thief River Falls in D16. Moorhead and Brainerd in D15. Making the North the deepest region.

no they dont suck, they just arent quite at the level of some of the teams in that region like Centennial, Duluth East, etc.

White Bear will be in the East group.

The South group will be a fight between the D8 teams also throw Eagan or CG in that mix.

I would say that the East will be the most competitive.

The West group will be a fight between D6 teams with Sartell scaring a team or two.

The North will be a good group with GR, Bemidji and Brainard.

We will see in a couple of weeks.

In some what of a way...yes. D11....DE, Hermantown,Cloquet....is in the East region because they are on the "east" side of minnesota i guess. You would think they would be in the north, but they arent this year because of the new region format.

I'd say North. Not just because of where I'm from either. You have to consider Bemidji, Brainerd, Grand Rapids, Moorhead and Roseau some pretty stiff competition. Those teams will likely battle it out in the region tournament, along with probably Virginia, Hibbing and Alexandria.
