Cambridge @ Duluth East 2/20
Cambridge has by far the best record of any #7 seed. Can they pull the upset?...

Never say never...but didn't Duluth East lose the last game they played to a Mississippi 8 Conference team? Two in a row??? What would the odds of that bequickgym guy wrote:Cambridge has by far the best record of any #7 seed. Can they pull the upset?...

East----------3
Cambridge--4
If Cloquet can play at the same level as East with 5 players out due to injury Cambridge can win this one. Lets go Cambridge its time to step it up a notch!!!

CI had buffalo's number this season because they came out very fired up over the fact that Buffalo didn't want to play M8 schedule twice. They can be good but unlike Buffalo DE will more than likely make mince meat out of their defense. I think Sanz and Chumley can score a couple to keep it interesting but East wins 6-2Mnsportsguy1976 wrote:I'd love to see cambridge to pull off the upset but I wouldn't hold my breath. As much as i hate to say it East wins...by alot

Duluth East/Cambridge-Isanti game
Does anyone know if this game is going to be broadcast on either WDSM or KDAL stations on radio?

On my quest to find a sectional quarterfinal loss for East, I'm as far back as 1991 and I haven't found one yet. 1992 and 1993 I don't have scores, but something tells me the Hounds played Cloquet in the finals one of those years if not both of them. If that's the case, they've gone a long time without reaching at least the semis.
Cambridge fans, rest easy, the past has absolutely nothing to do with tonight's outcome. However, I don't see the East streak coming to an end this year.

Well I've really thought hard about this one...
and I think it's gonna be very close, DE only has 2 losses at home this year to CEC and Anoka and both 1 goal games, while CI is on and 11 game win streak.
My gut tells me the bus ride and the home team advantage is gonna be just to much for CI to overcome.
But
!!!! because they beat Buffalo for my favorite Squad and are in the M8 I'm gonna throw all common sense out the window and take CI in an OT thriller.
5-4 CI
