Rapids just beat Cloquet to meet East in the championship. They will play tomorrow, but Rapids must win twice.

Passer-everytime you lose you blame the refs. I'm tired of it.

Not sure who gave the go ahead, was just the way the schedule was layed out. The final games are also in I'falls.

GR also had 2 goals disallowed. One on a questionable crease call, the other on a quick whistle. Also, I personally was standing above the goal with a Virginia parent on the goal you are complaining on not counting. Not in, post and out. Virginia parent agreed, as did everyone at that angle, including the goal judge. Final is still GR 4 Virginia 2 no matter how much you want to complain.

actually one they got taken away got kicked in too.atleast they got one kicked in goal taken away and then the next one means virginias goalie coverd it and then they pushed it in but whistle blew anyway ..then virginia gets a penalty for crashing the net i guess he slashed the goalie trying to put in the rebound.then GR takes the lead with a PP goal.and after that they lick one that ref probally scared to call not call it a goal already not counting 2.and i also was behind the net on virginia no goal.alot closer than u were and it hit netting and backout.not complaining just telling the story.

Nope, I wasn't. Talked to people who were and they all say you are full of garbage, as usual.

Rapids beats East tonight 3-1. Rematch tomorrow night for the title.

Wow Rapids over East??? I knew Rapids was good, but not that good...that totally changes what I thought about GR.

shots
gr 23
de 16
gr controlled most of the game good goaltending both ways de had a lot of perimeter shots I would have to favor gr in oppurtunities de had chances in the end after pulling their goalie but could not capatilize. should be an awesome rematch tomorrow

East vs GR was a great game to watch. Hope no one is boo hooing or making up ref calls/non calls for losing as someone from Virginia always does. Was just a good game all around. Chances on both sides, although I would have to say GR had the better of them. Duluth East was bottled up for much of the night and had nothing for the GR forcheck. Was a fairly clean game with only a few penalties on both sides. Solid goaltending on both ends, good hits both ways. Hopefully the rematch tomorrow night is just as good. Both teams are very good, I think East may have been caught a little off guard by a hungry Rapids team. I'll bet that Duluth is ready tomorrow, and I know for sure GR is. May the best team win, and for the sake of everyone involved, don't pull a passer07 and whine if you lose, show some class.
