JRG- A would totally dominate JV. JRG-B would be closer but good B teams would probably win in a game.
I think if you are a good 11th grade player; you would be better off playing JRG-A for preperation for VS the fallowing season.
But you better be careful; JRG IS A BLAST AND YOU MAY DECIDE TO STAY THERE!

I agree. I was JG sophmore year, Varsity junior year and am playing JG again this year. Don't get me wrong varsity is still a blast but the lack of pressure on JG makes it just as fun or better. Plus the coaches seem to play the players more evenly on JG. Players end up happier that way. Most of the ex varsity kids I know have all had more fun their senior year playing JG than varsity the previous year.
I can confidently say that most JGA teams would kick the crap out of your pick of JV teams throughout the state. Junior Gold B I couldn't say as much. Junior Gold B might win one of five if they're good. On the other hand JG B teams that don't field an A team would probably win all the time as well.
