Lets put it this way, Ness could be a very good forward, but I doubt Landman would make a very good defenseman.

In their positions now, they are both high quality players.

Well, Ness is surely the more flashy of the two. I think it is very hard to compare them because they play different positions. I think as their carrers progress ness will continue to be a very highly offensive defensman, Landman on the other hand i see as becoming more of a role guy when he moves to the next level. A guy that will go out there and give it his all, score now and then, but he won't be a reall offensive threat at the next level. Maybe i'm wrong.

why compare the two ness is an offensive defense and Landman is a grinder that gets the job done. When it comes to getting the job done I want Ness Landman and Moser on the ice, with Lee in the net. Should be a fun season, Rams got some good depth coming back and a couple of bantams that might just fill in some voids
