Who are the teams or players to watch when the season gets underway?

Yeah - Johnson. This time I'm not kidding. I don't know much about them, but their coach is a pretty good dude... he does a good job of getting the most out of his kids.

They've been to the AAAA tournament the past 2 years, and were dropped down to AAA this year... not saying that alone is the reason they'll be any good, but the section they're assigned to must be a make-up for where the MSHSL put them in hockey... there isn't much to it - it's all St. Paul Schools, SSP, HM and Mahtomedi. I would guess Johnson or Central will win it, but I really have no idea.

Rochester Mayo because of Jordan Hicks and Lucas Kuipers whom are both Div I recruits and that there are no lake conference teams in their section anymore which makes them a favorite to make it to state in their section.
