Edina vs. Chaska

Post by scoreboard33 »

They meet Thrusday night 12/13.
It should be fun to see Zach Budish and the little punk Pat Blake on the ice together again. Hopefully Budish destroys him.

Who's Pat Blake?

This game shouldn't be close. Edina is way better than Chaska (and for alot of teams for that matter). Even if Chaskas goalie plays like he did against EP, Edina will still run away with it.

Edina wins by 4+

In Bantams Pat Blake was skating aroundthe whole game taking shots at every player on Edina. He grabbed Zach Budish's leg and held on. Zach tried to kick him free and ended up with his skate coming down on the kid. It was completely accidental and Pat Blake should have gotten a penalty for holding, but the zebras saw it differently threw Zach out of the game for kicking and he was suspended for the next game.

Too bad, I've seen it happen before.

During Peter Hankinson's senior year at Edina he got suspended late in the season for violently kicking a downed player.

Or at least that's what it looked like! It really did. It looked like he reared back and laid an AWA boot to the kid.

With the benefit of video you could see what really happened. He skated up to the play and when he heard the whistle he adjusted so he didn't touch anyone. It actually took a great deal of skill! He set his foot down thisclose to the kid's chest.

Sounds like the same thing happened here to Budish.
Be kind. Rewind.

I talk to Nick mattson and he said pat Blake had a goal last night and I guess he only has one pentally on the year so I can't see how you call him cheap?

Blake did have a goal and is an okay player. He is not really cheap player, he just is an antagonizer on the ice with few grabs here slaps on the back of the leg there. He justs floats all day, is kind of a trash talker and cocky player. He also is very small so he doesn't get many penalties.

Nice name dropping too, legitsniper97.

Sounds just like Matt Leer.
