Replay in tournament Games
I bring this up because during the bsm vs. sta game, two of sta goals shouldn't have counted bc twice a sta player was in the crease, in turn giving sta the two goal lead that in the end gave sta the victory.

Not sure which other goal you are talking about; the last one was questionable though.
The only problem with bringing it in in some games is that wouldn't be consistent with all games. In D1 hockey and the NHL they can do it at all games, so it makes sense. High school hockey can't at all games, so many would argue it wouldn't make sense.
Also, refs calls, good or bad, are a human element that is part of the game.
