Woodbury vs. Cretin (Jan. 5th, '08)
This seems to be a rivalry game in the last few years.
I'm sure Cretin is also looking for some revenge from last season's 2AA championship loss to the Royals.
Currently, Woodbury is 9-2-0 while Cretin is 5-6-0.
Any thoughts or predictions for the game.

Woodbury wins late in the 3rd
This will be a very physical game. A game sure not to miss. Woodbury will be on the winning end. Goaltending will be the deciding factor.

Oh. Excuse me for mis-typing and not saying Woodbury residents.packerboy wrote:I dont remember any Woodbury students being on CDH's roster in any sport. actually yeah even when woodbury went 1-9 two years in a row they gave creting their toughest test of the regular season both years. in 2006, they were the only team to have a lead on them until the state tournament. this past season, they came out strong and once again took an early lead, the first lead of the year for any team agaisnt cretin. its also turning into a big rivalry in football because many of woodbury's fans know all-american wideout michael floyd personally and absolutely can't stand him because he is just insufferably cocky. (yes, i actually know this firsthand, its not just something someone told me)Pioneerprideguy wrote:Rivalry in football?....ummm, ok.

Absolutely WRONG!! Just because a player is good doesn't mean he is cocky. Jealousy will get you nowhere!!

Sounds to me like somebody may have a rivalry with Cretin, but I seriously doubt the Raiders ever thought twice about Woodbury in return.royals0951 wrote:actually yeah even when woodbury went 1-9 two years in a row they gave creting their toughest test of the regular season both years. in 2006, they were the only team to have a lead on them until the state tournament. this past season, they came out strong and once again took an early lead, the first lead of the year for any team agaisnt cretin. its also turning into a big rivalry in football because many of woodbury's fans know all-american wideout michael floyd personally and absolutely can't stand him because he is just insufferably cocky. You're so stupid. First of all this is a hockey forum, and you are talking about how Woodbury almost won a game (not even true) and you're saying that you, most likely an overpriviledged rich kid, personally know Michael Floyd. That is not true, and you're saying the kid who's dad ran away, mom makes next to nothing and who takes the bus every morning before 5:00 just to get to the cafeteria and do work so he can afford school is cocky! Unbelievable. Oh, and by the way CDH wins 5-3, woodbury has'nt played anyone yet.actually yeah even when woodbury went 1-9 two years in a row they gave creting their toughest test of the regular season both years. in 2006, they were the only team to have a lead on them until the state tournament. this past season, they came out strong and once again took an early lead, the first lead of the year for any team agaisnt cretin. its also turning into a big rivalry in football because many of woodbury's fans know all-american wideout michael floyd personally and absolutely can't stand him because he is just insufferably cocky.
