Mound-Westonka Junior Riley Horgan skated today during practice. Things are shaping up for him to be back in the lineup, but word from some of the hockey players is he still won't be back until sections, possibly 1 game before sections.
Lets hope for the best. Mound is struggling without him.

Now that I am straightened out.....
Good luck to the White Hawks of Mound etal and young Mr. Horgan.
He doesn't happen to be related (son of) to Greg or nephew to former IFalls Bronco, stand-out Dman and former Fergus coach Wayne Horgan?

"Whitehawks" is what you come up with, on the spur of the moment, when the political correctness police get to you about your previous American Indian moniker "Mohawks."
Alternatively, you may refer to them as "Buckling Under The Pressure Weenies."

The Winhawks of Winona are doing well this season.
Currently they are 7-9 on the season and have about five more games they could win. If someone they could upset Century, they would finish at least 6th in the Big Nine - their best showing in several years!

Anyone know if Winona beat DC on Thursday?
I am hoping they won and they beat Worthington to make it to .500![/b]
