Has anyone had problems with the nets in Winona
I watched a game last Saturday in Winona that had two goals disallowed by the officals. Seems they have plastic around the inside of them and if the puck go's in flat on the ice it can ring around and come right back out. One goal was a wrap around that came back out so fast that it went out of the zone. The other was a slapper that went in and straight back out into the slot. People in the stands couldn't believe it. I'm sure those padded things are not that expensive!

Just don't shoot so hard and they'll stay in!bombsquad06 wrote:I watched a game last Saturday in Winona that had two goals disallowed by the officals. Really though, I've seen this in other places this year as well, but I guess I didn't realize there was a change to the netting and pad around the bottom.
I thought they all had the padding?
