I know it's been talked about in the Baudette Bay thread, but let's get some predictions going and see how the poll turns out!

Roseau: 4
Blaine: 1

I think Roseau will win but the weather will have an affect on the game so I think it will be low scoring.

This is Roseau's first true test. And they will fail. Roseau is vastly overrated and will finally see a good team from the cities. (about time I know). The weather keeps it closer than it otherwise would be.

we will see about that tomorrow. I do think the Ram's experiance outdoors will help them but not enough.

There is probably more outdoor rinks in the metro than Roseau County

Roseau impressed me so much at State last year. Now they are just another year older. I saw Edina (They are huge) and good. I give them a chance. I,m not from any wheres near Roseau I just respect them. Roseau should be #1 no question. Last years state champion and have not lost a game yet this season. Hey JV you could be right that Lake Conference down there is awesome. I just like Roseau tomorrow and I dont think outside ice matters a rink is a rink and all these kids should have seen plenty of Old Rinks being as good as both teams are! If it helps anyone I,m thinking its Blaine as the score as u said could be lower!

The Rams only outdoor experience is ice fishing and snowmobiling. There hasn't been an outdoor rink in Roseau for a long time. We use our money wisely and build indoor ones. Rams 7 Blaine 2

I've been wondering where all the talk about the Rams playing outside so much is coming from. Why do people assume they're playing outside? And the comment about being used to all the old cold rinks. I bet since these kids were squirts they haven't played more than a dozen games in non-heated arenas.

That's probably true... game of pipes at the ol' Ross, Malung, Wannaska, or Salol rinks is probably about it.

Dman's Dad played for Ross Squirts in 40's and 50's 8)
Sweet deal for Roseau kids, city dedicates one indoor ice sheet for shinny all day any day! :D
Memorial used to be indoor natural, no heat, might have changed, don't know... Am I wrong on old Memorial?

lol, i think so... i've tried using Safari, IE and Fire Fox...it says "Baudette Bay Hockey Classic.
Today on WiLD 102 Radio!!!" but then underneath that is blank...there's no Windows Media Player box or anything...

When the Windows Media box does show up, i click on the play button but nothing happens....
