Gorg and LaPanta in Serious Car Accident
I'm sure this has already been posted on here, but I figured I would let people know that already didn't know.
Kevin Gorg, Anthony LaPanta, and another FSN crew member were in a serious car accident Saturday night at about 9:30 PM near Blackduck, MN. They were driving back from the Baudette Bay Classic, when Gorg's van struck a snow drift in the middle of the road. It spun the van sideways and brought it into the ditch where it rolled 4 times. The van stopped on its side and they were able to escape from the back hatch. They ended up losing their cell phones during the accident so they couldn't call for help. Luckily, minutes later a car drove by and helped them out. They ended up getting the state patrols and a tow truck there within minutes.
Funny part of the story is that they had two options when the tow truck got there. They could either get towed to Bemidji and spend the night and rent a car the next morning, or get towed all the way back to the Twin Cities. The tow guy agreed to take them all the way to the Twin Cities. So the driver, Gorgie, LaPanta, and the other FSN crew member crunched together in the front of a single cab tow truck all the way down to the cities. (5 hours.) Luckily nobody was hurt in the wreck.

Glad no one was hurt and think, since no one was hurt, is a kind of funny image. Just keep thinking about Harold and Kumar Go To White Castle and "Freak Show". Could anyone put Gorg and LaPanta's heads on this clip?
It was cold enough that night, I bet those boys were puckering a bit before that car showed up--I know I would be.

Gorg was talking so much the windows probably got fogged up and he couldn't see, causing the van to hit the drift and go into a twisted wrister motion.wbmd wrote:Was Gorg busy yapping as usual and didn't see the snow drift in the road?
Good there were no serious injuries.
Jokes aside, I am glad they are all ok!

Good News
Glad to hear the boys came out that okay!
You will see the end result of that tow bill soon enough when FSN splits off their service as a seperate package....only $6.95 a month....

That's what Gorg was saying on KFAN this afternoon. The highway patrol basically told them that since it was so cold out that they were lucky that anyone was even out on the road as it usually deserted at those times.PASTRAPIDSFAN wrote:Glad no one was hurt.Thats a lonley stretch of road could have been stranded

Does that really matter? Would it have made you feel better if either of them had actually been injured?BlueGoose5 wrote:Well, from the standpoint of the van, I guess it was serious. Otherwise, without any injuries sustained, it wasn't serious or critical.
