Goalie Pad Regulation 2008-09

Lots of rumors- has there been a MN State High School League regulation change for goalie equipment for the 08-09 season? If so, anyone grandfathered in?

USA hockey rule book says it will be implemented in 09-10. Not sure about the High School Federation which governs HS Hockey
