MN Jr North Stars, MN Jr Bulldogs, Iowa Jr Hawkeyes, WI JR Badgers & TEAM LAKE PLACID for BOYS & GIRLS!

midwestaaahockeyleague.com

These teams and organization seem to be going in the right direction. I strongly reccommend this option to those looking for a new direction for their summer hockey & life. Play Hockey and still enjoy the summer! I know some of the Coaches, Players and families already involved; they are all class acts and in it for the right reasons!
Not looking to debate things, just throwing out there what more people should be aware of. Enjoy the info.

Not sure about your "going in the right direction" comment.

According to your website the tryout for the Twin Cities team (Jr North Stars) is in Somerset WI - you do realize thats not in the Twin Cities - right?

At least you only scheduled one 90 minute session - should be plenty of time to evaluate nobody.

I love the statement on your site " Tryout Numbers will be limited" (So register early). Perfect.

On a more positive note...its a great site!

Tryout location? Somerset? I believe this to be the same place the Machine will be holding their practices for their winter Tier I too? I Guess they had better re think things too.....:-( Somerset & St. Croix cty in general are metro to the Twin Cities in case you didn't know that yet...... I did some checking on practice locations for the MN Jr North Stars and they will be in The Twin Cities.
Again, just a note on the Org./Teams & yes the Website is 2nd to none. You are free to do as you like. As long as kids have fun, that is what matters to me! :-)

FYI: For what its worth............ most AAA Teams use about the same amount of time for evaluating. Pick up the recent LPH paper and you will see that many others offer the same amount of time for tryouts.

I agree, website kicks butt!

Comparing the Jr North Stars to the Fire?

People will drive from the Twin Cities to play for the Fire – they are a legitimate Tier 1/AAA team playing in a legitimate Tier 1/AAA league.

What is the premise behind your League – the Jr Badgers are so successful that they have decided to cross state lines?

They can’t field one competitive team – so they are adding 3 more.
It doesn't make sense. Is there anything new, unique or different about your league?

Calling yourselves "Elite" - come on.

Awesome Team Logos!

Puckhog- Great site! The program looks very interesting. Looks like a great concept. Good luck!

It appears that some people are very concerned where kids play hockey. I think in the end the main objective should be the fun factor. If your kids are having fun playing the game then more power to them =D> To each his own.

So, am I to understand that the league will have 4 teams as of right now and will play in Iowa, Wisconsin, and 2 Minnesota teams?

Aaron

How many practice hours does the $799 cover.

Also, what rink will the Jr Stars be based out of.
