Should be all Jaguars in this one.
I'm going with Jags 6, Irish 2.

this is a dumb post.

How about you start a thread about a game that is going to be worth while talking about.

This has been a good game to watch the past few years because the tempers were always up when these two teams played but now that the Irish pretty much lost an entire team and the Jags are looking poised for a run i really don't see the Irish giving the Jags a run for their money. The Jags put together 2 solid periods against the Blaze on Saturday so let's see if they can pull together a complete game on thursday. If they do then i see it goin well for the Jags

Jefferson 6
Irish 2

Jags Vs Irish

Post by HappyHockeyFan »

I saw the Eagan/Rosemount game last saturday and Rosemount is just a shell of its former self. Eagan wond 7 - 3 if you didnt know. If Jefferson is expected to make a run and be a top team in the Lake they should win handly by at least 4 goals.

Give these boys some credit, they have to fill the shoes of some outstanding players from last year, they are not use to being at the varsity level only three of those kids were actually on the varsity team last year, others were kids they called up for game time decisions like everyone does. They had their first varsity game expierience with exceptions. I'm going with David on this one:

Irish:5
Jags:3

5th goal empty netter.

I'll say it again, if Jefferson is supposed to be all that, then NO WAY Rosemount can win this game..Jags by 4 goals..at least!

Jags 8 Irish 1
Final

Was 2-1 going into the third but the jags finally poured it on and netted 6 more.

Oh how the Irish have fallen....well whoever said the jags had to win by at least 4 to be considered for making a run, what does winning by 6 mean lol??? It's only been two games so far for the jags but they have been very impressive. If only they could play like they did in the 2nd period of the burnsville game or the third period of the rosemount game for the entire game. If they start doing that then the whole state better start paying attention if they already arn't

Nice job Jags, keep it up

Well no kidding. They lost what, 14 or 15 seniors which was pretty much all of their scoring. i do not know how anyone could expect them to finish anywhere but the bottom four in the lake.
