How many more players with HS hockey lose?
Do you think the trend for players who have left to the National Development Team and Juniors is diminishing? I've noticed a number of top recruits (Kids who already have D1 Scholarships) are staying in high school for their senior year. Edina's first line, Leddy, Hanowski, Oliver, Mattson etc... Do you think there will be a trend in the next few years for these top level players to finish high school?

Elite League is working. You'll still see some kids leave for the USHL, but the numbers are decreasing.
Be kind. Rewind.
Curious if possibly the reason is more D1 schools recruiting earlier so the players may not feel the need to head to Ann Arbor or Juniors for exposure. If they already have a verbal by Junior year, I have a feeling that may factor in more than the Elite league. I think the Elite league helps increase players exposure as well, but don't see how playing in the Elite league would entice a kid to turn down Nat'l Dev. Center?
