This is an outstanding program that my daughter did as a U12. Len teaches some old school basic stickhandling and skating edge work that has been lost in most girls teams. He has a set of a few moves for Forwards and specific Defense moves (escapes) that are tremendous. He has a great approach 30 minutes of drills and 30 minutes of scrimmage followed by some basic dryland to make girls stronger and quicker. It is all done in fun environment - lots of smiles going on with the learning and hard work.
