Good match-up. Thoughts on this upcoming IRC game at the IRA in Grand Rapids?

Rapids will need to play better defensively than they did against Hibbing so they can take some of the pressure of Underwood. Falls is going to have to bury because you know Rapids will. I'm saying Underwood is fanastic again and Rapids pulls out a close one.

The goalies are going to be the deciding factor in this game but i predict that Underwood will deliver for Grand Rapids again. Gophers101s got the score

As always, IFalls will bring in a tough squad. Senior night at the IRA should provide a little extra adrenalin for the orange and black. Added to wanting a little revenge for taking the IRC title away from us last year. Looking for a close one with GR coming out on top. 4-2 with an empty netter for GR.

Alot on the line I believe this is for 4 points in the IRC. I think both teams will come out flying. should be a good game. Rapids wins this thriller 3-2 in O.T.

You really need to start giving falls some more credit then what you do. They are entering the game wiht a 6 game winning streak. They pulled mike hart infavor of glenn walls who i think will help the team more. It will be close but fall defense will stop any rapids offense.

GR also has a winning streak of 4, not a 6 but its still pretty good. they also have held their opossing team to 1 or less goals in the last 6 of 7 games...

I'll go with GR in a one goal game.
The Indians are 9-3-1 in their last 13.
Keep it going boys.

im gonna go with 4-1 GR. personally i dont think glenn walls will do well enough, i think goalie is the only weak spot for the falls

Rapids does not look to be anywhere near the same team that played what I thought was their best game of the season, at home against Hibbing. The young, undersized defensemen look to be wearing down and are really getting manhandled. It's unfortunate the injury bug has struck again right before sectionals. Let's hope the boys heal up or it could be a short postseason.

that was a very good game. Underwood stood on his head the 3rd and ot. The two on one save he made with his pad was amazing. Glen was also played very well for the broncos. He could possible give them the goal tending they needed. but overall it was an great game but i wish they could of kept playing untell someone scored

The big question going into sections is will A.J. be able to carry this team through sections? Will he be able to get this team by the Beast that is East.

I think that if rapids gets the three seed then they will probably not face DE til the finals. so they would have to go through elk river first...but i dont think that was even close to rapids best hockey last night. they came out flat and it took them awhile to even get going. AJ saved them but only because the injuries are killing them. i only hope theyll come around in two weeks.

You'll definitely want to worry about Elk River first.

Best of luck to Rapids as they try to keep the power in 7AA up north.

Does Rapids have the numbers and skill at the youth level to continue playing in AA?
